Summary:

Logistics Manager of Process, Systems & Analytics leads initiatives in Logistics supporting various process improvement activities, systems enhancement to elevate value internally and for our Customers, and analytics development to increase the level of our performance and proactively drive positive change.

Primary Duties:

Process Improvement

  • Streamline existing processes for optimal efficiency supporting business operations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to introduce improvements that increase Customer value
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives in support of project / budget goals

Systems Management

  • Department representative for system change and development
  • Cross-functional engagement to support business and Customer requirements
  • Evaluate and introduce systems to support business objectives and improve the Customer experience

Analytics Development

  • Oversee the development and on-going support of end-to-end analytics that drive the business to actionable improvements by leveraging existing software and technology (Qlik, HANA, BO) and exploring advanced technologies such as machine learning and AI
  • Evaluate 3rd Party services to collect all data for comprehensive and complete reporting

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated competency with cross-functional engagement and collaboration
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • SAP / TMS / Qlik / HANA / BO systems experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
  • Excellent communication skills in the areas of verbal expression, written reports, presentations and emails
  • Ability to assume leadership responsibilities and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lead projects for process improvement and facilitate the adaption, acceptance, and promotion of change while encouraging a team environment to achieve business goals
  • Bachelor s in science or business required and 3
    years of experience; or
  • 5
    years experience in domestic and/or international logistics
