We are seeking a Temporary-to-Hire, Part-Time appointment coordinator who has strong attention to detail, that is customer service driven and a highly motivated individual to be a part of our amazing team.
Experience in the automotive/new car dealerships is preferred but not required.
Our receptionists are the foundation and first impression of our dealership.
The position is responsible for greeting clients, answering multi-line telephones, scheduling, data entry, scanning and cashier duties.
We pride our self on a high standard of customer service along with client and staff satisfaction.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
