The main role for this job is to efficiently prepare documentation required for products being shipped from the PA centers.
Duties and responsibilities Responsible for preparing packing slips, donor sheets (excel format) and certificates of analysis for all shipments.
Required to provide email notifications to all customers receiving shipments the following day.
Back-up for Administrative Assistant.
This involves but not limited to, donor check-in for blood donation, updating of donor records and schedule, processing donor payments, updating inventory.
Qualifications At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting.
Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Attention to detail critical.
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are also required.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
