Personal Lines Account Manager -
Responsibilities:
Looking for a self-motivated, organized individual with good written and oral communication skills to provide assistance to producers in rating new personal lines business online as well as provide strong customer service to existing and new clients Must have P&C Producer License and a thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverage Must have at least 4 Years' experience in similar position Responsibilities' would include, but are not limited to:
Marketing and placement of new and renewal business Manage existing accounts / work closely with clients / develop strong client relationships Inform and educate clients about policy conditions, exclusions and insurance coverage's as necessary Demonstrate a willingness to enhance knowledge of insurance related topics through advanced coursework Possess the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting Process endorsements in a timely manner for customers Handle client billing questions Assist producer with account rounding Ability to earn additional compensation on new business generated for the agency through the individuals own lead generation Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
