Colmar, PA Colmar, PA Part-time Part-time From $20 an hour From $20 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Finance Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Payable data entry Keeping financial records up-to-date Processing business transactions Checking invoices for payment and processing Assisting with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records Assisting in account analysis Reconciling account balances Collection phone calls and e-mails as needed Assisting the financial department as needed Filing, mailing, and other duties as needed Finance Requirements and Qualifications Able to analyze financial records and transfer information Data entry and word processing skills Self-motivated and self-directed Accurate and precise attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals Strong for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pays attention to detail Ability to multi-task AGENCY REQUIREMENTS Completes 100% of mandatory trainings.
Documents all unusual incidents for risk management.
Follows policies and procedures of the agency.
Maintains good attendance.
Maintains confidentiality.
