The building is approximately 12,000 sq.
ft.
and has approximately 30 office workers within it.
The job could also include some delivery and pick up services during certain busy times of the year.
The services can be performed on a part-time basis and the duties will be adjusted based upon the amount of hours worked.
Ideally hours would be M-F from approximately 6:
30 - 11:
30.
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
Regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work per the agreed-upon schedule.
Maintain appearance of building and property by performing daily and weekly cleaning of various areas of the building, including but not limited to, kitchen and coffee areas, bathrooms, entryways, and outdoor areas.
Keep sidewalks clean at all entrances.
Collection of trash and recycling twice a week.
Pickup and deliveries when needed, including runs to post office and client offices.
Occasional moving of office furniture and storage boxes.
Water landscaping if no rain.
Light building maintenance as needed, including replacing damaged ceiling tiles, unclogging plumbing fixtures, etc.
Simple construction projects such as wallpaper removal and painting Set up and take down classroom tables and chairs for meetings, luncheons, etc.
Works with outside vendors related to maintenance and construction projects at the direction of the Firm Administrator.
Protects Firm's value by keeping information confidential; maintains Firm's reputation by complying with regulations and professional ethics.
Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Stock coffee supplies, snacks, and paper products.
As a staff member, you may be required to check in with any of your supervisors on a daily, weekly, or other appropriate interval.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
None required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations.
Ability to respond to common inquiries from clients and staff.
Ability to speak courteously and friendly to visitors and staff.
Ability to see details at close range (within 1-5 feet).
Ability to be standing and walking for blocks of 4 hours at a time and most of the day and ability to climb steps and ladders.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds).
Basic computer skills preferred.
OTHER:
A current driver's license and minimum insurance coverage of $150,000/$300,000 personal liability and $50,000 property damage is required as of your first day of work in order to complete deliveries, and proof must be submitted no later than your first day of work.
